Seven weeks after the its debuted in the UK, Doctor Who: The Adventure Games is finally available to purchase in the U.S. via digital distribution service Direct2Drive. Developed by Sumo Digital and published by BBC Wales Interactive, the episodic games features the voices of the Doctor Who TV show's stars Matt Smith and Karen Gillen.

Though each of the releases are free in the UK, Direct2Drive is selling the first two chapters of Doctor Who: The Adventure Games, City of the Daleks and Blood of the Cybermen, as a $4.95 bundle (currently discounted to $3.70!). Two more episodes are slated to release in the coming months.

I would be playing the first episode right now, but Direct2Drive is only selling the Windows version, and not the Mac release that was put out across the Atlantic.
