I still remember that Excel Saga episode, almost the whole thing was the boss character, il pallatso plays a dating game with the main characters. The third option to most of the questions in the game was "Stick it in"...
Persona 4 is going to be a disappointment after that gif...

I must confess, it's been a very long time since I last saw Excel Saga, plus come to think of it, not sure if I saw every episode either (my girlfriend at the time only had the first couple of DVDs).
Though the way that shot looks, it's clearly obvious that the english text is the kind you overlaid on anime. I'm clearly losing my attention to detail :(
