Regular readers should know by now to expect the unusual when we bring up a game by Russian developer Denis "mif2000" Galanin (Hamlet, Big Little Plagiary 3), so you shouldn't be surprised with his new experimental project Running Men.

It's essentially a Lemmings-style puzzle game in which you guide characters through various obstacles to lead them to the exit by positioning platforms, except you're training playing the part as a corporation manager going through "professional development training" with these stages.

And in the levels, each time you have to start over, you've likely sent a worker to his death (or if you're lucky, you'll find a secret exit, and they'll only be beaten... and maybe killed off-screen). Don't worry, after you've gone through a dozen guys, you start to feel a lot less guilty...

"At first glance, you might think that it's a usual arcade-puzzle game," says mif2000. "But actually, it's a serious psychological drama with unique gameplay and elements of social satire." Play it free in your browser here!
