Organizers for 48-hour indie game making competition Ludum Dare announced the results from its recent event, posting the community-voted scores for the nearly 600 submissions created last month around the theme of "Escape".

Due to a huge increase in the number of submissions it received, the Top 20 list for Overall scores is now a Top 50 list -- and at the very top of that expanded tally is Flee Buster, the latest from Chevy Ray Johnston (FlashPunk, Return of the Quack, GameStorm).

With the popularity of Notch's Prelude of the Chambered game, I expected that to get the high score in the Overall chart, but it's actually #13. Make sure to check out as many titles as you can in the Top 50, and the Top 25 for other categories (e.g. Innovation, Audio).
