Today's a great day for fans of cult favorites Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Little King's Story.

First off, the team behind 999 has just announced a new title. Again, it's something portable, for both the 3DS and Vita, called Gyokugen Dasshutsu Adv: Zennin Shiboudes. Andriasang has a rather detailed description of the plot, which also involves people trapped somewhere and trying to escape.

There are no gameplay details to speak of at the moment, but here's hoping for something similar to their previous effort as well, since America could use another visual novel. Provided someone picks up the domestic publishing rights, naturally. [UPDATED: the just posted trailer, above, more than confirms that it's a follow-up to 999].

Meanwhile, you also have the sequel to Little King's Story, which will also be for the Vita. Details regarding The King, The Demon King and the Seven Princesses: New King Story is equally scarce, but there will supposedly be some romantic elements, along with a new look. Publishing duties have also shifted from Marvelous Entertainment to Konami. It'll also be playable at Sony's Tokyo Game Show booth in a few weeks.
