As pretty much everyone knows by now, this year marks The Legend of Zelda's 25th anniversary. The centerpiece of the celebration, alongside the release of Skyward Sword, is a series of symphony concerts. Three performances are slated for this year (in Tokyo, Los Angeles, and London), before becoming a full-fledged tour in 2012.

Sounds great and all, but unless one lives in those cities and are willing to jump through whatever hoops to nab a golden ticket, how else can one celebrate? Well, if you have a DSi and some drawing skills, why not create an animated tribute via Flipnote Studio?

Every entry will be judged by Shigeru Miyamoto, Eiji Aonuma, Takashi Tezuka and Yoshiaki Koizumi, the four men who steer Zelda franchise. So this might be your best chance at telling them how you feel, perhaps more so than an easy to get lost in the shuffle email.

Oh, and condolences to those that scarified their DSi for a 3DS; maybe the 3DS version will arrive before the October 14th deadline?
