Veterans of Nigoro's MSX-inspired platformer La-Mulana may find catharsis in "La-Momolana," a comic series documenting the deadly misadventures of the game's oft-skewered protagonist.

Though the project originally started in 2009, it resumed recently after a long hiatus, with last month's updates touching upon the Temple of Moonlight, the Giant's Graveyard, and, uh, "the fish place." Will La-Momolana conclude before the long-delayed WiiWare remake of La-Mulana is released? Probably, at this rate!
