Back in 2008, Matt Hammill's Gesundheit was a Student Showcase finalist at the Independent Games Festival. It was a fun action-puzzle title, originaly built in Adventure Game Studio, and starring an allergic, sneezing pig trying to lure booger-eating monsters into traps.

Three years later, and it's now becoming an iOS game, co-developed by Revolutionary Concepts (which also worked on the wonderful iOS port for UFO on Tape) and published by Konami. It will hit iPhones/iPod Touches for $0.99, and iPads for $1.99.

Gesundheit for iOS will feature 40 stages (compares to the AGS version's 12), new cutscenes, new environments, new high-res animations, and the same excellent, hand-drawn art style that endeared many gamers to the original game.
