The above illustrates what two days of development on Retro/Grade for PSN (which in addition to being an IGF Finalist in 2009, nabbed the 2010 IndieCard Audience Award) looks like, in time lapse fashion. Basically, lots of messing with code, interspersed with play-testing.

Aside from the obvious cut (though its easy to miss the change in attire), there appears to be zero breaks for bathroom or meals. Which is fairly typical, especially during crunchtime. Also, one can assume that chiptunes were playing in the background the entire time.
