Time once again to check out all the recently announced game related toys and models! First up is yet another part of Sonic's 20th anniversary celebration, a limited edition piece that will have a low production run of just 1,000.

There are actually two different flavors; the image of "old school" Sonic in the monitor, from the original Japanese box art, is for non-US territories. Whereas ours will feature the same face we saw back in 1991 for the Genesis. A sneak peak, plus assorted behind the scenes pics, can be viewed over at Sega's blog.

The definite highlight of this month's Fangamer Fanfest, which is all about Super Mario RPG, thus far at least is the recently announced Geno figurine, who is referred to by his real name, ♥♪!?, for the sake of authenticity plus legal reasons...

Along with the metallic repaint of a recently released Japanese Mega Man X figure, which was mentioned last week, a special four pack consisting of Dante, Arthur, Phoenix, and Deadpool will also be at the San Diego Comic Con as show exclusives.

Back to Mega Man, remember the prototype Zero figure by Kotobukiya from before? Well, guess who just got a paint job...
