Every puzzle-platformer nowadays needs a gimmick, and So Many Me's is the ability to clone the little blob-like character to cross wide gaps, stomp on enemies, and transport yourself around the stage to hit otherwise unreachable switches.

Toward the end of the clip, you'll even see that the blob can split into many pieces, than reform as a giant creature with special abilities. I wonder if there are more creature forms in the works, as this video is for a pre-Alpha build.

Extend Interactive expects to release this Unity-build project in the first quarter of 2012 or Windows and Mac. It intends to submit So Many Me to the next Independent Games Festival, too. You can follow its development here.
