Jonathan Lavigne (Ninja Senki, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) just posted a couple new screenshots for his indie PC project Wizorb, a fantasy RPG crossed wih Breakout and featuring 16-bit style graphics. Doesn't this look like the best thing ever?

He also revealed that pixelartist extroardinaire Paul Robertson, (Pirate Baby's Cabana, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) is animating the sprites for this, some of which you can see here -- the bllue werewolf shaking his head is my favorite.

Yuo can see more screenshots after the break. There's no release date set for Wizorb yet, but if you haven't played Lavigne's GBA-style platformer Ninja Senki yet, you should give that free game a go while you wait for this!
