Publisher Microsoft Game Studios is holding a one-day sale today for five of its most popular titles on Xbox Live Arcade, slashing their usual prices of 1200 MS Points ($15) to 600 MS Points ($7.50).
The special sale includes Playdead Studios' Independent Games Festival award winner Limbo, RedLynx's Trials HD, The Behemoth's Castle Crashers, Chair Entertainment's Shadow Complex, and Uber Entertainment's Monday Night Combat.
If you've gone this long not buying any of these well-received games, today's the day to snatch them up -- they'll go back up in price tomorrow.

Glad to finally be able to pick up some of these overpriced games. Digital Downloads being only available through 1 marketplace is horrible for frugal gamers. Gone will be the days when you can find a bunch of games in the bargain bin. Digital is a monopoly.

I agree, most digital downloads for the XBox are way overpriced. I buy almost all of my games for my PC from Steam now.
After a game has been out for a few months and sales are almost nil, the price should go down about 50 percent, at a minimum. I was waiting to buy Limbo, but not at 1200 points, I bought it for 600.
