If you thought that unpainted model of Ikaruga's titular ship was a beauty when we posted it last October, Japanese manufacturer Kotobukiya showed off a painted version of the figure at last weekend's Wonder Festival 2011 in Tokyo, and GA Graphic posted some magnificent new photos of the craft.

Kotobukiya hasn't yet announced a price for this model of Treasure's shoot'em up ship and its base, but it plans to release them in Japan this summer -- expect to pay out the wazoo when import shops begin taking preorders for this.
