Inspired by those awesome shots of Bayonetta director Hideki Kamiya and Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima from their college years, NeoGAF has a fun thread sharing rare and old photos of famous (mostly Japanese) game developers, many scanned from old magazines.

In the great image above, from right to left, you'll see a collection of Argonaut/Nintendo veterans: Giles Goddard (Vitei), Takehiro Izushi (Nintendo R&D1), Dylan Cuthbert (Q-Games), Mrs. Cuthbert, Yoshio Sakamoto (Nintendo R&D1, Metroid co-creator), and of course Shigeru Miyamoto.
