CTA Digital, creator of other much specialized Wii exercise accessories like the Balance Board Aerobic Step and and Pushup Bar, posted this video demonstrating another new fitness product, a rowing machine that's supposed to be "very similar to a rowing machine you would find at the gym," except this one's only $34.99 and works with several Wii games.

You can hook up a Wii Remote (with MotionPlus, too) to the pull bar, and adjust the resistance level of the machine with a tension knob. If you're worried about the whole thing slipping off your shoes and smacking you in the face, the foot pedals include velcro straps which should keep it secure.

The non-electric rowing machine works with minigames in Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus, and Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009/2010. You can preorder one now from Amazon -- they're due to ship on June 27th.
