Love & Death: PlayFirst's Twilight-esque Game

Casual/social gaming publisher PlayFirst launched Love & Death: Bitten, a new "romance-driven" hidden object adventure game that is seems to be targeting fans of the popular Twilight film/book series with its love story of a "a curious young woman named Victoria and a handsome vampire named Damon."
The game is part of PlayFirst's new "Curl Up with A Good Game" collection, which hopes to capture the escapism of a great read in an interactive experience while players explores worlds of "thrilling mystery, dark suspense, and steamy romance." PlayFirst will also bring the second trilogy of its Dream Chronicles series to the new brand.
In Love & Death: Bitten, gamers play as Victoria by day and Damon by night, solving puzzles and finding hidden items. The plot seems ripped out of one of those novels lining the new "Paranormal Romance" section I found at my local bookstore last weekend:
"The story begins with a chance meeting where Victoria finds herself falling for Damon's charms while Damon is intrigued by Victoria's fiery disposition. Just as they are growing closer, the evil vampire queen, who cursed Damon to live eternally as a slave, returns, forcing Victoria and Damon to realize they must help each other overcome their dire circumstances. Will Damon and Victoria's story end in loveā¦.or death?"
You can purchase Love & Death: Bitten (PC/Mac) for $6.99 at PlayFirst's online shop. There's also a free demo you can download and play.
