Several of you loved the unreleased artwork from Dreamcast/PS2/Xbox 360 cult classic Rez that we posted last week -- one of you even had the smart idea to turn it into an iPhone background -- so here are some more unpublished pieces from the United Game Artists release's art director Katsumi Yokota, courtesy of Eastern Mind.

It's actually Yokota's birthday today, according to Japanese developer Q Entertainment, where he now works. The artist has worked on several other visually memorable titles like the Panzer Dragoon series, the Lumines series, and Every Extend Extra. You can see a photo of the man enjoying his birthday cake below!
