Anamanaguchi Guest Stars In Bit.Trip Runner

Gaijin Games CEO Alex Neuse revealed that its upcoming rhythm platformer Bit.Trip Runner will continue the WiiWare series' tradition of featuring music from renown chiptune artists -- previous entries included songs by Bit Shifter, Bubblyfish, and Nullsleep -- with two tracks provided by the rock stars at Anamanaguchi. If you're unacquainted with the band, here are a few links to help you get familiar.

Neuse also disclosed other details about Bit.Trip Runner, promising 50+ stages filled with fan-submitted art, new (non-playable) characters aside from Commander Video, the ability to directly control Commander Video for the first time, and a spring 2010 release date. According to Nintendo Life, which recently hosted a podcast with Neuse as a guest, the developer is two-thirds of the way through Bit.Trip Runner's development.
