The Big Fat Kill: Katamari Damacy

Rolling in Once Upon A Pixel's "official first season", Destructoid's Ashley Davis and Anthony Burch posted this new episode re-imagining Namco Bandai's saccharine Katamari Damacy as a Sin City-style, hard-boiled graphic novel. As with all of Davis's work, the art is fabulous.

Presented as a "dark story about death and revenge", the video replaces the magical Katamari with a death ball, following the Prince as he deals with the guilt of rolling up innocents and finally confronts his careless father. If you ever wondered how the Prince's colorful world would look like if it were just black, white, and red, and without the cheery soundtrack, this is it!
