Powers Combined: Mon & Bot

One of 300+ submissions to the 2010 Independent Games Festival Main Competition, Mon & Bot is a physics-based platformer in which you control two characters, a diminutive alien-like creature (Mon) and a robot, at the same time as you fight other robots and try to escape the city.

Mon's powers allow to create gravity fields and affect magnetic objects, while your Bot can attack enemies with its gun or by throwing objects at them -- using these abilities will help you solve the physics puzzles scattered throughout the stages.

South Korean developer Imwill Games says it's worked on the project since June 2009 and hopes to put out the full game next year after adding new levels and modes. The studio also plans to release a beta version of Mon & Bot soon.
