Nobuo Uematsu's Third Story: The Chef Who Used His Noodle

Celebrated video game soundtrack composer Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy) released "The Chef Who Used His Noodle", the third single from his playful 10 Stories album comprised of songs originally written by the artist in junior high school. The four-minute track has an even more Asian tone to it than the previously released singles, what with its use of shakuhachi and dulcimer instruments.

You can hear a preview and see some cute art for "The Chef Who Used His Noodle" at Dog Ear Records. The song (as well as the other previously released 10 Stories singles) is also available to purchase on iTunes. Dog Ear Records plans to release a complete physical album next spring in Japan but will continue to release a track each month for every territory until then.
