HayZee Releases Video Game Beat Tape, Remixes Mega Man II

Hilarity aside, the actual FarmVille rap in yesterday's video was kind of terrible. Please accept this 8-bit-inspired "Press Start" music video created by Bob Mayata and Boy Wonder as an apology.

The production might seem amateurish at first with its poorly modified Kunio and Doc Louis sprites, but when Amsterdam chip-hop artist HayZee drops the beat to this remix of Mega Man II's opening music, the video turns golden. Just be warned that you'll also see scantily clad sprites of Samus Aran and Princess Peach!

You can download Hayzee's "Next Level" beat tape, which features eight video game-sampling tracks, here.
