Wasting Your Laundry Quarters: Wordspit's 'Joystick Madness'

If the Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Hip Hop Mixtape didn't satisfy your hunger for Street Fighter rap remixes, try this entertaining music video for Wordspit's "Joystick Madness". It not only presents a very listenable video game rap but also gives you a rare peek at the rumbling, fabric softener-scented "laundromat arcade gaming scene".

The Brooklyn up-and-comer brags up his skills and taunts his opponents just like any other rapper, except he delivers his rhymes in between "hadouken" samples and berates his rivals for choosing weaksauce Ken. You can hear more tracks from Wordspit on his MySpace page -- "Not A Joke This Year" is particularly nice with its DJ Premier-esque production.
