Metroid Metal Live, Anamanaguchi Killin' It At PAX

Another video from PAX, this time a record of Metroid Metal Live playing Brinstar, Norfair from their recently released Varia Suite album, a collection of rock remixes of songs from the series's NES, SNES, Game Boy, and more recent console game soundtracks. Make sure to read our interview with the band's Grant "Stemage" Henry if you haven't yet.

Brad Weber recorded this performance as well as several other bands from the PAX show that Penny Arcade's Jerry Holkins described as "one of the best concerts" ever held at the three-day festival. You can watch Anamanaguchi making an entrance with a new song -- a chip-rock version of The Alan Parsons Project's "Sirius" -- and a well-received cover of Weezer's "Buddy Holly" (from the 8-Bit Weezer Tribute) below:

Weber has more acts from PAX, including Freezepop and Lo Tek Resistance, on his Youtube channel.
