AnatoWii: System Internals Reimagined
September 7, 2009 2:00 PM | Eric Caoili

Building on the concept of motion-based gaming used for "Wii-hab", artist Angela Moramarco mocked up an AnatoWii website concept, imagining Nintendo reaching out to doctors and physical therapists to encourage the "use of the Nintendo Wii in assisting traditional physical therapy rehabilitation".
While the idea isn't new, the artwork Moramarco used to convey the console's potential is very effective, installing a brain into the (neurological) game system to show how it can help stroke victims recover motor skills, and packing bones, muscles, and organs into the Remote to convey the controller's ability to help increase bone and muscle strength.
You can see Moramarco's imagined online AnatoWii campaign, including an e-Blast, a web site, and a poster all using her art at Coroflot.
