Robert Sakaluk converted several miniatures from tabletop war game Warmachine into BioShock-themed figures, preparing his pirate band for deep sea diving/fighting. He also posted a photos following his creation process, taking visitors through the transformation of a Nomad Heavy Warjack into the Big Daddy you see above.
Sakaluk also customized another miniature, a Buccaneer Light Warjack, and created the Little Sister below:
